PLLC. David received his law degree from Albany Law School and
was admitted to the New York State Bar in January of 1994.

Michael West, Esq. is a founding partner of Watson & West, PLLC.
Michael is a graduate of Rutgers University and Albany Law
School of Union University, where he served as an Executive
Editor with the Albany Law Review. Watson & West, PLLC is a

Jennifer joined the Watson & West staff in April of 2006, as a Legal Assistant for the firm. She received her B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University in 2003 and completed her Master of Public Administration degree at Marist College, School of Management in 2007. She is currently enrolled in the Chamber Foundations ‘Leadership Dutchess’ program, aimed at providing growth and educational opportunities for individuals to better serve their communities. Jennifer continues to provide outreach and legal support services for Watson & West, PLLC, in addition to her role as Regional Coordinator for the Council of Community Services of NYS, Inc.’s Mid-Hudson Valley Non-Profit Technical Assistance Center.

Kevin M. Stadelmaier, Esq. joined Watson & West's Buffalo, New York office as Of Counsel in 2007. Kevin is a magna cum laude graduate of Niagara University and received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2002, the breadth Kevin's practice has included various areas of law including civil litigation, employer/employee relations, family law and criminal defense. More recently, Kevin has enhanced his practice to include the representation of non-profit corporations in areas including, but not limited to, formation, governance and civil litigation.
